The verdict
The Sundance® Cameo® – 880™ Series earns a Hot Tub Value Score of 84/100 — a Recommended result on our four-factor rubric. It has no aggregated owner reviews yet, so the score leans on build, features and warranty. It scores highest on features and is held back most by warranty.
What it costs to run
Budget roughly $546–$690 a year for energy and water care — an estimate based on its insulation and power, not a fixed quote. Full-foam insulation keeps the energy side at the low end. Run your own numbers with our running-cost calculator.
Reliability & how long it lasts
Expect 15–20 years from this build with proper maintenance. Acrylic shell construction is the most durable option in this class. The single biggest cost risk over a decade is a pump or heater failure out of warranty, which is why warranty terms matter as much as the sticker price.
Warranty reality
Listed warranty: 10yr structure/7yr surface/5yr equip. Before you buy, confirm what each year actually covers — structure vs surface vs components vs labor — and who handles a claim, since online/value brands often leave service to you. Full warranty detail is on the Sundance® Cameo® – 880™ Series spec sheet.

How the Hot Tub Value Score works
Four factors — customer reviews, brand reputation, features and warranty — each scored 0–10 and weighted by how much real owners are affected. Customer scores come from aggregated Wayfair owner ratings; missing data is rescaled out, never guessed; and only tubs with 100+ real reviews can reach Top Pick. Read the methodology →
