Drop me a note here. I read everything that comes in. I won’t always answer fast — there’s only one of me — but I’ll answer honestly.
What’s most useful to send:
- Specific shopping questions. Tell me your budget, climate, voltage situation, and how many adults will use the tub. I’ll point you at the right rankings.
- Corrections. If something on this site looks wrong, conflicts with what a manufacturer told you, or seems out of date, I want to know. The “Last reviewed” dates only mean something if I act on this kind of feedback.
- Bought-then-regretted stories. If you bought a tub I recommended and it turned out to be a mistake, especially tell me. That feedback is how the rubric gets better.
- Industry insights. If you work or worked in the hot tub industry and have something to add about a brand or model, please share. I’ll credit anonymously if you want.

- Pricing negotiations with retailers — I don’t have insider price quotes
- Warranty claims you’re stuck on — that’s a manufacturer-direct conversation
- Installation help — talk to a licensed electrician, especially for 240v
- “Should I sue [retailer]” type questions — that’s a lawyer, not me
